Check out the forums! For every event there will be threads to interact with other e-fighters, discuss events, talk smack, etc. The forums do require a separate username and password, so you will have to create one there as well. Feel free to use the same username on the boards as you do on the pick site! http://www.fantasymmahq.com/forum/index.php

Submitting your picks::

Go to the “Events” page by clicking on the event you want to submit picks for. There are multiple “pools” for some events for the different fantasy leagues available. The FCUFF is the main UFC pick em’ league. The AFL is a a UFC pick em’ league with a different set of rules and scoring criteria. For more info on leagues, go check out the forums for detailed information!

Make sure that all boxes are selected or checked on the picks submission page for that event. After you submit, make sure that there are no Red X’s anywhere. You may also change your pick up until the deadline.

The values for method are: ko - KO's, TKO's, submission due to strikes, doctor stoppage, failing to answer the bell sub - submissions, technical submission dec - unanimous decisions, split decisions, majority decisions

After you submit your picks, you can click “Export Picks” at the bottom of the picks submission page to see what they would look like in the following format (This is the displayed format)

The Scoring Basics::

You get 5 points for picking the right winner. You get 3 points for picking the right method. You get 2 points for picking the right round.
If you do not pick the right winner, you do not get any points for choosing the right method or round.

Confidence points::

If there are 12 fights and you have the highest confidence in one particular fight, you can give your pick 12 confidence points. The fight that you have the second most confidence in can be given 11 confidence points. The fight that you have the least confidence in will be given 1 confidence point. You can only use a confidence point once. If you do not choose the right winner, you do not get any confidence points.

Matchup/Fight Results::

Equal Scores - Draw Difference of 1-3 points - Split Decision Difference of 4-10 points - Unanimous Decision Difference of 11-19 points - Submission Difference of 20+ points - KO

1. TKO and KO are both considered the same. Always list this as a KO.
2. A submission due to strikes is a KO for scoring purposes.
3. A TKO due to submission hold (technical submission) is a Submission for scoring purposes.
4. If a fighter is unable to answer the bell for a round then the fight is scored as ending in the previous round via KO. Example (BJ Penn could not answer the bell in the 5th round vs GSP. It was scored GSP-KO-4.
5. If a fight is changed more than a couple days out then an announcement will be made as to the new bout being used.

ALL FIGHTERS MUST SUBMIT THEIR OWN PICKS OR CONTACT bigdw35/Ufcfan1 on the forum:
E-fighters are welcome to train with one another for the bouts, however, each fighter must submit THEIR OWN picks. Anyone using the same picks as a teammate will be disqualified from their e-fight and may face further discipline, such as spanking.
